The Curious Cook: Silver Homeschool Edition (online portion only)

One-time payment of $495 (this item must be purchased separtely). This course is designed for students interested in the culinary arts, owning a restaurant or bakery or becoming a food scientist.  It is a deep dive into food science that includes much, much more than just Introduction to Food Science: An Overview and Introduction to Food Science: Water and will give your student a great foundation for their future.  It is recommended to complete the course in 3 semesters (1.5 food science credits), but the purchase price includes access for 2 years.  Optional once per month live Q&A with a professional food scientist and other Silver Course students (from September through May each year) is included.  The course is about 60% online only.  You may consider purchasing print copies of Introduction to Food Science: An Overview and Introduction to Food Science: Water if your student learns best with books.
